Biology/science careers for someone also adept in the liberal arts subjects?

Science and math ARE liberal arts subjects. I think you mean the humanities. Science careers can involve a ton of traveling, often abroad, and a lot of reading, writing, editing, and giving presentations (writing papers, working for journals, giving talks at conferences, promoting your work, applying for grants).
