Chevy Equinox wont start?

I have an 06 Equinox, and today when I got into the car and turned the key, nothing happened. The car wouldn't start, the cluster lights wouldn't come on, the radio wont come on. But, the head lights come on and the dome lights come on, also when I lock the door the confirmation tone signifying the the door has locked sounds, so I doubt it's a dead battery issue. I changed the fuses to the battery feed, and the ignition and still I'm getting the same problem. Any Ideas as to what the issue could be.
