What are females doing all the time with these products?

Hi. Just an observation- would you enlighten me. It appears the female species has an obsession (and skill) with random products. By random products I am talking about creams, powders etc etc. Why are you using all this stuff? Its everywhere.. even when women shower they need all these extra lotions to put on their skin. What are these 100s of bottles you have in your cupboard? What do they do? Are they good? And earlier in this question I said skill.. by this I mean. The lady in question could be the most un co-ordinated person on Earth. But give her some of this magical lotion (I just assume its lotion, for all I know its food or juice just hidden in brand name bottles) she becomes like an adept ninja, knows exactly what to do and how to apply this stuff. But seriously, Im not even talking make-up. Just random products...another example.. pre and post creams during swimming.. before bed theres always something. Holy crap its endless. Ok so my question. What is it? What is this secret? You just wear all this stuff- is it good? should I get some of whatever it is your using? does it do anything cool?
